The Aligarh Muslim University campus comprises of several class rooms, seminar rooms, well-equipped library, an auditorium, computer lab, administrative buildings, women career planning center and many residential hostels. There is a series of opportunities for extra curricular activities and conducts various events such as Yoga, NCC, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Taekwondo and Tennis.

Aligarh Muslim University is the solitude university that has high schools in its realm comprising of two senior secondary schools for girls and boys and one for visually handicapped. The physically challenged students are given free boarding and lodging in the school and teaching them was the aim of this school. These children have won lots of prizes in music competitions, weaving and chair re-caning.
